Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards via Shopify Payments and Paypal.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Shipping Information and Costs
Traditional Herbal Store offers both delivery or pick up from Sydney NSW.
Delivery (delivery costs below)
Traditional Herbal Store currently only delivers domestically within Australia.
If you require your order to be delivered to you, our shipping costs are as follows:

All orders over $199 will receive free standard shipping (only if products bought are available on our website).
If your order is over 5kg, please note that there may be additional shipping charges involved.
Pick up (no delivery costs)
If you would like to pick up your order, you may elect to collect your order in Sydney, NSW at the address below. There will be no delivery charge for all orders collected from this address.

You will receive an email confirmation when your pick up order is available.
Orders may be collected at any time between 11am and 5pm, 7 days a week (collection times may differ on public holidays). Please present your invoice to a staff member when collecting your order.
Delivery Information
Our order processing time is generally 1-2 business days. For orders to destinations within Australia, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your order. This timeframe, however, is approximate only as we use third party couriers or postal methods. We are not responsible for any late deliveries by third party couriers. Delivery timeframes may also vary depending on your location. At this stage, all of our orders are sent out via Australia Post.
We always ensure that our products are packaged well. As such, please note that we are not responsible or liable for any issues with delivery - including late deliveries, broken packaging and/or missing packages once shipment details have been lodged with Australia Post.
