Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

All returns in accordance with our policy must be posted or dropped off in-store to:

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Traditional Herbal Store will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

  • At your cost, you return the item to us by post within 14 days of receipt of purchase;
  • You include in the return package a copy of your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase;
  • The item must not have been used or damaged in any way including that:
    1. It is in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories;
    2. It is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition; and
  • The product is NOT one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).

If these requirements are not satisfied, Traditional Herbal Store reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.

If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please email us at returns@traditionalherbalstore.com.au prior to posting the item back to us.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

Traditional Herbal Store will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

  • Medicines
  • Vitamin Supplements
  • Consumable Products

Other returns

Traditional Herbal Store will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
  • Significantly different to those shown or described to you; and
  • You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

Traditional Herbal Store reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Even though great care is taken during the shipping process, if your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact us at returns@traditionalherbalstore.com.au so that we can assess the damage and work out a solution with you. You may be requested to provide photographs of your item(s) and/or delivery package so that we are able to work with you to come to an acceptable resolution quickly.

Traditional Herbal Store reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.

Please note:

  • Your Traditional Herbal Store online tax invoice is the best form of proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
