We do stock a wide range of Black Pearl and Shen Neng Products that are not officially on our site yet, so if that is something you need, please do not hesitate to reach out!
2. Why do some of my products come with a label from another company?
We have partnered with Chinese Ginsengs and Herbs Co to offer their products online, delivered to your doorstep! As such, there may be times where their labels may still be attached.
3. I live outside of Australia; can you ship to me?
We are happy that there is a demand for our products overseas! However, at the moment, we are only focusing on Australian orders and therefore only deliver domestically. If you are still interested in a product and live outside of Australia, do not hesitate to contact us via email on info@traditionalherbalstore.com or through our ‘Contact Us’ page and we will try to assist where possible.
4. What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?
Oh no! If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us straight away at returns@traditionalherbalstore.com. Please quote your order reference number and we will respond to you as a matter of urgency. You can also refer to our ‘Returns and Exchanges’ page for more information.
