Indications:

Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to sooth the liver, strengthen the spleen and nourish the blood in liver Qi stagnation pattern.

Dosage:

Adult: Take 3-4 capsules, 2-3 times daily one hour away from eating, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
