Directions:

Apply a generous amount to affected areas and gently massage the liniment into the skin. Use 1-2 times daily and before bed.

Amazing product to cure all muscle and ligament pains and injuries

Ok but not the best unfortunately !

The Original Chinese Lockwood Oil is superior. This oil is about half the strength and effect. It also evaporates from the skin quickly by comparison. I am sorry to say I purchased three bottles but would not buy it again.
