What is Cordyceps sinensis? Many species of mushrooms have been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years. There are numerous legends and historical records regarding their health benefits. Cordyceps sinensis is one of these mushrooms with a long history of use. Others you may have heard include Ganoderma Lucidum and Trametes versicolor.
Indications:
Traditionally used in Chinese medicine as:
- Lung tonic
- Kidney tonic
- Temporary relief from coughing
- Helps in the improvement of general wellbeing
Directions:
For general wellbeing: take 2 capsules per day before meal.
In times of higher need: take 3 capsules twice per day before meal.
