Traditionally used in Chinese medicine as an antitussive/cough suppressant. To relieve cough & mild bronchial cough, reduce bronchial mucous congestion; helps regulate Qi.

Directions of Use:

Children under 16 years old: 2 teaspoonfuls (10ml)
Adults: 4 teaspoonfuls (20ml)

This mixture is recommended to be taken 4 to 5 times daily, once every 3 hours, together with equal amount of warm or hot water.

Shake the bottle before use.

Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
